This is one photo of an excursion to a traditional oil press. If I remember correctly, this was located in the Shephela, the coastal plains of Israel/Palestine. As I’m sure everyone knows, olives are a miracle fruit, and a huge source of income for the Middle East and Mediterranean countries since the Bronze Age (no, I’m not exaggerating.)
